Dr.Dipa Mehta

M.D. (Ayurveda)

Dr.Dipa Mehta has completed her Graduation & Post Graduation M.D. (Ayu) from I.P.G.T. & R.A, Gujarat Ayurveda University, Jamnagar, one of the Most Reputed Ayurvedic University in the World.

She has done her specialization in Dravyaguna and has more than 20 years’ experience in Teaching and Practice in the field of Ayurveda.
She started her career as an Assistant Professor from Colleges like IAPS Gujarat Ayurveda University, Jamnagar and has worked with various reputed institutes in the capacity of Asst Professor to Professor and currently working as Professor and H.O.D in private ayurvedic medical college of Gujarat.

She has expertise to resolve woman’s life stages like Menarche, Pregnancy, Lactation, Menopause Problems with Counselling and Medicine.  She is a proactive Garbha Sanskara Expert and Mentor.

She has a passion for women's health and empowering women towards vibrant health and living. She is a believer in unfolding the human body's potential through a blend of complementary and Ayurvedic Medicine.

Dr Dipa Mehta is Expert in Prakruti(Nature) based Eatery Therapy.
She practices on Eatery Therapy (Ayu-Aaharvidda) with the help of assessment of food, administration of food, cooking techniques and Ayurvedic rulesabout eating habits.

Key Achievements:

She was awarded 1stprize in the competition on “Traditional Nutritional Recipe” organized by IISF (India International Science Festival) 2020 Atmanirbhar Bharat Abhiyan – vocal for local.

Developed Unique Android Application “Ayurved Dravyanidhi” for Ayurveda Students to learn about plants and its drug qualities.

Authored Books:

  • “સ્વભાવનેઅનુકૂળઆહાર”

Presented her view as an expert professional on health related show “Hello Shakhi” on Regional Channel “DD Girnar”.

She gave detailed information about Ayurvedic Drugs and its different Recipes on Radio program named   “Jaivik Vividhata nu Jaatan” on Akashavani Radio Station.
